WHAT NEXT?

Sometimes it is hard to pick up the telephone, but getting professional help could make the difference to your life and give back the control you need. Even if you are not sure that the time is right, or even if therapy can help you, please feel free to call, or e-mail in total confidence. I will be happy to discuss any part of the process, hopefully putting your mind at ease.

If you feel ready for therapy, take the first step on the journey and contact me by telephone, or email and we can discuss arranging an assessment session.  During this I will gather background information about you, explore what has brought you to making a decision to seek therapy, and find out what you hope, expect, and want to achieve.

You will have the opportunity to ask anything you may not be sure about, and we can establish whether we feel comfortable working together. If we decide to continue, subsequent sessions are on a regular weekly basis and available on either a short or long-term contract.
